Metrodome roof collapsed due to heavy snow. Is poor design or just extraordinary heavy snow?
With tons of snow piled on its roof after a big storm, the roof of the Mall of America Field (still often referred to as the Metrodome), deflated and collapsed under strong pressure and finally forced the postponement and rescheduling of the New York Giants and Minnesota Vikings football game.
